We have 2 beautiful cottages, sleeping 2 and 6 guests. A path leads over a small footbridge for a short walk along Crakehall Beck to the village with it’s picturesque village green. Imagine the peace, with wildlife in abundance – even an occasional kingfisher or egret. Often moorhen, pheasant, wren, tree creepers & pheasants !
A mill was recorded here in Little Crakehall in the Domesday Survey of 1086AD.
The current working mill dates from the 17th century and is an excellent example of a country corn mill.
Our cottages are for self-catering holiday lets.
