We have 3 beautiful cottages, sleeping 2, 4 and 6 guests. A path leads over a small footbridge for a short walk along Crakehall Beck to the village. Wake to the sound of the water passing below your bedroom window. Imagine the peace, with wildlife in abundance – even an occasional kingfisher!
A mill was recorded here in Little Crakehall in the Domesday Survey of 1086AD.
The current mill dates from the 17th century and is an excellent example of a country corn mill.
Ours is a very pretty and quiet site in the meadow alongside Crakehall Beck and the Mill race. A Caravan Club Certified Location (CL), we have just five pitches, each with an electric hook-up point. Drinking water, a toilet and chemical disposal point are also provided.
